How to check your lottery ticket correctly
- Confirm the game and draw date on your ticket. A matching number from another drawing does not count.
- Enter five white balls and the separate Powerball or Mega Ball for both your ticket and that official drawing.
- Choose your ticket’s multiplier setting and indicate California if applicable.
- Compare each play separately and confirm any potential prize with the lottery that sold the ticket.
Does the order of lottery numbers matter?
The five white balls can match in any order. The bonus ball must match the bonus ball; a white-ball number cannot substitute for it. The same number may appear in both pools.
Why is there no fixed California payout?
California pays pari-mutuel prizes based on sales and winners. This checker reports the matching tier and directs you to the official payout instead of estimating a fixed amount.
Can this confirm that I have won?
